Product Description

Textile conveyor belts can be divided into cotton canvas (CC), nylon (NN), or polyester (EP) types, according to the carcass materials. In terms of their cover properties, there are abrasion-resistant belts, high-temperature belts, fire-resistant belts, anti-static belts, acid/alkali-resistant belts, oil-resistant belts, cold-resistant belts, FDA belts etc.

Textile conveyor belts have extensive applications, being widely used in mining, ports, quarries, cement production, metal processing, power plant, fertilizer production, sawmills and more. 

The textile conveyor belt consists of three parts: cover rubber, carcass and skim rubber. The cover rubber is a special compound that can be tailor-made for specific applications: abrasion-resistance, heat-resistance, cold-resistance, acid-resistance, oil-resistance, fire-resistance and many more.
