Our belt carcasses are a single-ply or multi-ply, dipped EP fabric - the most widely-used textile carcass material, suitable for long-distance transportation with high load, high speed and impact levels. 
 

 

NN belt is woven using nylon for both warp and weft, and is widely used in multi-ply conveyor belts for transporting bulky or lumpy materials.

EP belt is woven using polyester for the warp and nylon for the weft. EP belts deliver much less elongation than NN belts, and are widely used for most belt applications.

PP belt is woven using polyester for both warp and weft. PP belt is suitable for light-duty and medium-duty applications. PP belt has been gradually replaced in conveyor applications in recent years.
