Product Description

Sidewall conveyor belts are equipped with a special corrugated sidewall, and can carry a variety of bulk materials, such as coal, ore, sand, fertilizer or cereals, in horizontal, inclined, vertical and angular directions. The particle size of the material is not limited, it may range from very small size to as large as 400mm, and the transportation amount can be anything from 1 m³/hour to 6000 m³/hour.
 

• By making the sidewall corrugated, the sectional area of the load increases to increase capacity while minimizing the conveyor width.
• By attaching fin corrugation in the lateral direction, inclined conveyance is possible up to a 75^° angle, and the equipment area can be minimized.
• The need for a skirt board to prevent loss of materials is removed.
• Easy change of incline by use of a special rigid belt and push roller.
